HSA/FSA REIMBURSEMENT WITH TRUEMED
Your EVF membership may now be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
EVF Performance has partnered with Truemed to help eligible members use HSA/FSA funds toward qualifying fitness expenses.
If you are joining EVF, sign up for your membership through our normal enrollment process. After signing up, be sure to complete the Truemed qualification process to find out whether your membership is eligible for reimbursement.
How It Works
1. Join EVF
Purchase your membership or package through EVF as usual.
2. Check Your Eligibility
After signing up, complete Truemed's short health assessment to determine whether you qualify.
3. Receive Your Documentation
If you qualify, Truemed will provide the documentation needed to support your HSA/FSA reimbursement request.
4. Request Reimbursement
Submit the required documentation and your EVF receipt to your HSA/FSA administrator.
Already an EVF Member?
You may also be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. If you have not received information about completing the Truemed qualification process, ask an EVF staff member for the qualification link.
