-- Perform a total of 3 sets of 100 ft. double KB front rack lunges. These may be done after all front squat sets are completed, or between some of the sets.

20 power snatches 95/65 lbs
5 burpees
15 power snatches 115/80 lbs
10 burpees
10 power snatches 135/95 lbs
5 burpees
5 power snatches 155/105 lbs
